The Complete Process of our Employee Training Services


To effectively assess the scope of work, we perform a diagnosis of the company’s operations. This phase takes one month and begins by reviewing the desired outcomes with the leadership or owners. From this discussion, we will craft a plan that includes meeting with key team members, working with the operational team(s), and evaluating existing training resources. We will then prepare a summary of the findings and engagement proposal for the client’s evaluation.

On-Site Time

Is contingent upon the number of outlets involved, though it typically ranges from one to three full days. We conduct the remainder of the work remotely. Once the client reviews the proposal and they decide to proceed, we will prepare an Engagement Agreement.


Our team will draft an Engagement Agreement to reflect the desired plan from the diagnosis stage. It includes the project summary, scope of work, time commitment, milestones, and expected results. Engagements are a collaborative effort between MDA Hospitality Solutions and the on-site operational team(s) with an identified key contact and decision-maker(s).

An engagement lasts typically for six months. This length allows for more time to establish a working relationship, evaluate the resources, craft new tools, set an on-site plan, and deliver training. The engagement also specifies agreed upon on-site and remote work.

On-site work includes training delivery and leadership collaboration.  Remote work involves the evaluation of training materials, drafting new material, virtual meetings, and progress updates toward the goal.


Once the training resources are finalized, we will prepare the implementation plan for on-site delivery. The plan includes a detailed schedule, team member execution expectations, written assessments, role-playing, and controlled service simulations. We will also set leadership meetings to apprise team members’ progress and performance.


To ensure that the training is sustainable, the business’ leadership has to play a critical role in ensuring the service execution. MDA Hospitality Solutions supports this continuity by sustaining remote collaboration, maintaining the resources, providing training refreshers, conducting audits, and offering strategic planning.

Our six-month engagement includes only the early stages of sustainment, but we can still provide prolonged services depending on how much you want us to be involved.
